Pool Reservation
Please review the following rules and the attached liability waiver prior to signing up for a pool reservation. Prior to signing up for a reservation, please review the rules outlined below and also the Kottinger Ranch HOA liability waiver. Once you complete the sign-up process, you will be sent a copy of the liability waiver via Docusign which must be signed prior to using the pool. If you have any questions, please email pool@kottingerranch.org.
- Pool access is currently restricted to Kottinger Ranch property owners, residents, and their families (no guests)
- Reservations are required to use the pool. Please complete a reservation prior to arriving at the pool.
- The entire Pool Area including the pool, pool deck, and grass area is limited to 10 people at any one time.
- You must wear a mask when not swimming in the pool unless you are exempt under the Face Covering Order from the Alameda County Health Department.
- For lap swimming using a single lane, please limit to one person per lane unless from the same household in which case there is no limit. For lap swimming using 2 lanes, multiple people from different households can ‘circle swim’. Swimmers swim in a circle using one lane down and the other back.
- Each lane is used in a single direction and swimmers stay 6 feet apart as they occupy the same lane at any time.
- Practice social distancing whenever possible: remain six feet apart from all people NOT in your household
- You may bring your own chairs to the pool area but they must be removed when your reservation ends.
- If you are found to have violated any of these rules your household will risk losing access to the pool area for the remainder of the 2020 pool season.
- Send emails to pool@kottingerranch. .Org
- http://pool.kottingerranch.org to find forms to fill out in order to get on the schedule to use the pool.
